If you are interested in a puppy from Vaiden Shih Tzu, please complete the below inquiry form as a way of introducing yourself to us. This helps us learn a little about you and your home before moving to the next step of the process, where Deb will contact you by phone.

Our first priority is ensuring that every puppy we place goes to a loving, responsible home where they will live a full and happy life. We take great care in matching our puppies with the right families, and this inquiry form helps us begin that process.

Please note the following important points, which are also included in our final adoption contract:

• Rehoming Policy – If a Vaiden Shih Tzu ever needs to be rehomed, they must be returned to us or placed only in a home that we have approved. We remain committed to every puppy we produce for its lifetime.

• Spay/Neuter Requirement – Puppies are placed on a limited registration and must be spayed or neutered. Limited registration simply means the dog is not eligible for conformation events or breeding.

We also ask that you take a moment to review our Deposit Policy, which explains why responsible breeders require deposits when reserving a puppy.

Once we receive your completed questionnaire, we will review it and reach out to you to discuss the next steps.
